Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee beverage program: cost control, inventory, menus, training

Team leadership: not an office role, active FOH manager

Staff development: participate in ongoing training and growth

Guest experience: lead by example with guest-first mentality, instill same principles in staff to deliver top notch service

Beverage Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in fine dining or upscale environment

Strong background in wine, cocktail, and premium spirits

High volume experience, $10+ million annual sales

Detail oriented and hands-on leadership, lead by example
