Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for the setting and pulling molds, performing start up and shut down procedure, troubleshooting and correcting molding process issues, completing daily production paperwork, and maintaining a safe working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform the installation and removal of molds scheduled to run
Perform processing of molding components
Responsible for the startup of all new tooling, engineer runs, protocols and evaluations
Ensure machine upkeep, safety and cleanliness
Audit components to maintain Argon’s high quality of standards
Other job duties as directed
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School degree or equivalent (G.E.D)
6 mo.- 1 yr. injection molding, thermolator, dryer and mold troubleshooting experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Forklift certification preferred
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
