Job Description

Duration: Starts as 6 month contract, potential extensions or permanent

We are seeking a Senior Healthy Planet Analyst to join our high-performing Population Health team. This role is critical to the success of two major initiatives over the next two months. You’ll play a key role in optimizing Epic’s Healthy Planet tools and ensuring seamless data integration and dashboard development.

Required Skills & Experience

Epic Certification in Healthy Planet with BUILD experience.

Strong SQL querying skills

Proven ability to manage and optimize Epic data workflows.

Experience building dashboards and working with SDOH data.

Familiarity with Epic's data architecture (Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RME (Roster Management Engine) and/or ANA Attribution.

Key Responsibilities

Work on build and optimization efforts in Epic Healthy Planet.

Transform and ingest flat files from external sources into Epic systems.

Develop and maintain dashboards related to Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate tasks and streamline workflows.

Support data extraction and transformation for analytics and reporting.

Assist in the transition to Epic-based solutions.

Participate in go-lives and provide on-site support as needed (quarterly travel).

Pay: 45-68/hr (Based on experience, certifications, education). Benefits offered.
