Job Title: Material Handler/DrivingJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role starts at 8:00 AM and involves pulling products for customer orders while also acting as a Non-CDL Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for preparing shipments, loading trucks, and maintaining safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull orders as assigned for daily deliveries.

Provide support for route drivers on an as-needed basis.

Drive a non-CDL truck and adhere to safety procedures per company policy.

Stage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets.

Load trucks for daily and special deliveries.

Operate power equipment, including forklifts.

Identify and address any damaged products throughout the process.

Assist customers and drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucks.

Perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.Essential Skills

Material Handling - 2+ years.

Delivery Driving - 1+ year.

Order Pulling - 2+ years.

Forklift operating and material handling skills.

Inventory management, picking, and packing experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment preferred.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Ability to obtain or currently possess a CDL Medical card.

High attention to detail and strong math skills for accuracy.

Capacity to follow directions and adhere to safe operating procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.

Capability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

Ability to work on feet for extended periods and willingness to work overtime.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
