Job Details
Job Duties:
Lead/manage other Estimators, ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies, and follow estimating procedures
Sub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, and value engineering
Projects include commercial, TIs, design/build, government facilities, multi-family, healthcare, and education
Requirements:
5+ years of experience estimating drywall/metal framing projects
Must be proficient in QuickBid/OST
Prefer knowledge or Southern California construction market
