Position Title: Warehouse Technician

Team: Live Events

Manager: Operations Warehouse Manager

Office Location: Wixom, MI

Responsibilities:

Pull gear and cable per pull sheets

Put away gear and cable returning from show

Assist loading and unloading trucks with show gear

Assist with in-house set up as requested

Assist on show sites upon request

Become familiar with R2 Rental Equipment software (training provided)

Hi-Lo/Forklift operation (training provided)

Basic training on the Q360 Software platform for Accounting, Sales, and Project Management processes (Times, back up for receiving Integration gear)

Receive small parcel shipments via FedEx for Accounting, Personal, IT and RMAs from QC dept

Assist Integration team with shipments via FedEx as requested (Managed Service requests or RMAs)

Make small deliveries to show site or sub rent returns if lead driver is not available

Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Chauffeurs License and DOT Medical Card (preferred)

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced atmosphere

Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day is required. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Position may include lifting up to 75 pounds.
