Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Onsite Account Manager to support day-to-day operations at a high-volume client location. This position serves as the main point of contact between our client, temporary associates, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in workforce coordination, client service, and employee relations, with the ability to manage a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary onsite representative for our client account
Maintain strong, consistent communication with client contacts to assess needs and resolve issues promptly
Conduct regular check-ins and participate in business reviews
Workforce Management
Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and shift coverage
Address associate concerns and coach as needed to ensure performance and engagement
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with recruiting teams to ensure open roles are filled in a timely manner
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Ensure all associates are trained in accordance with client and company expectations
Retention & Employee Engagement
Monitor associate satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns
Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or client-facing roles (onsite staffing experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage high-volume workforce needs and resolve issues efficiently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
