Were currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our inventory control and warehouse operations.

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing inventory accuracy, coordinating warehouse processes, and supporting overall operational flow. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and reconcile inventory levels across systems and physical stock

Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and proper documentation

Support warehouse organization, labeling, and bin location management

Generate inventory and operations reports as needed

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Assist with receiving, stocking, and order preparation when needed

Back up front counter and administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or operations support (13 years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management systems.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment

Previous forklift experience preferred.

Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)

Valid driver's license required

Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
