The Communications Manager is responsible for driving the execution of comprehensive internal and external communications for the Indonesia market. This role will play a key role in implementing initiatives that drive the reputation of the company and managing day-to-day PR activities.
Responsibilities
What you can expect:
Execute internal & external communication strategies in collaboration with leader, cross-functional teams, sector and corporate teams
Manage the communications strategy including development of communications materials, content development, leadership briefings, and social media engagement
Manage measurement, monitoring, and recapping of key activations and ongoing communications and executive visibility efforts
Collect data and monitor and analyze all the sustainability initiatives to achieve the organization's sustainability goals.
Work with Sector team on key corporate communications and pep+ projects, mirroring sector-wide and company-wide priorities in the APAC Region
Provide strategic counsel and support for cross-functional partners
Qualifications
What you need to have:
7+ years of experience in the areas of communications; preferred within large organizations with diverse employee groups
Capacity and willingness to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Ability to independently drive alignment within a highly matrixed set of stakeholders
