Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

At least 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Microsoft Dynamics

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, ensures the accuracy of financial information, and enforces accounting principles and internal controls. This role leads the accounting team and plays a key role in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end and year-end close process.

Supervise accounting staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to management.

Assist with Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable as needed.

Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.Company Description
