We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a great personality, a high-level of kindness, an approachable and caring person, solid personality, and a partner to our leadership team to be responsible for managing a company's financial actions. This includes financial planning, tracking cash flow, analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO oversees the finance and accounting departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Accounting and Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with regulations.

Cash Management: Overseeing cash flow, investments, and asset management.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Financing: Managing debt and equity financing and maintaining banking relationships.

Strategic Planning: Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company, potentially including mergers and acquisitions.

Investor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with investors.

Team Leadership: Managing and developing the finance and accounting teams.

Must Haves:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

Extensive experience (typically 8-10 years) in financial management, with experience in a senior leadership role. Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead and motivate teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Technical Skills:
