Our growing ticket operations company is looking for a skilled communicator and detailed oriented person with a natural talent to support clients to join our team as an Event Operations Representative. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic to partner with our event operations department, listen to our customer’s needs and then execute a specific agenda for the success of both our clients and our organization. The successful candidate will be well-trained in our product knowledge, service expectations and policies to provide critical quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:

Reports to Complete Ticket Solutions’ (CTS) Director of Operations

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every communication with our clients.

Primary contact for assigned clients responsible for fulfilling and planning all aspects of event day needs.

Serve as on-site supervisor for client events.

Ability to learn and operate ticket platform.

Ensure proper event supplies are provided for each event.

Become proficient in use of company technology including but not limited to scanners and printers.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge.

Assist with all aspects of office support (i.e. mailings, phones, processing), when called upon.

Adhere to company policies and practices.

Perform other duties and projects assigned by management of CTS.

Must be able to travel a limited amount of time to client sites anywhere in the US.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal communication skills, and customer relations’ skills. Ability to interact with management and employees at all levels within the company, clients, and customers. Must be attentive to details, thoroughness and ability to meet deadlines. PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office programs experience a must. Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma/GED required (college degree and/or past customer service knowledge preferred).Company Description
