Job Description:

As an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion. Your role will include:

Estimating Projects: Accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones.

Execution: Oversee each phase of the project, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Budget Management: Create, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Organization: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Business Acumen: Understand how projects align with the company's business goals.

Team Leadership: Motivate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Self-Assessment: Continuously evaluate and improve your performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fire alarm and electrical systems.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Acumen: Ability to see the big picture and align projects with business objectives.

Problem-Solving: Resourceful and adept at managing risks.

Reliability: Reliable, dependable, and willing to travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements: Willingness to conduct site walks for potential projects.

Certifications: PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
