Accounts Receivable / Credit Card Processor

Temp-to-Hire Full Time hours

Fully on-site Ramsey, NJ area

Our client has an immediate need for an AR / Credit Card Processor to start the week of 6/23/2025.

This is a great chance to get your foot in the door with a large Accounting Dept of about 35 people with opportunity for growth. Great for recent college grads!

Duties

Prepare credit card reports.

Process credit cards including posting those payments at the time of charge.

Posting checks & ACH payments daily to customer accounts.

Contacting customers/sales reps on declined credit card accounts to resolve.

Special projects as time permits

Qualifications

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Excellent interpersonal skills
