Currently hiring Assistant Project Manager, Project Managers, and Sr. Project Managers.

This is a Full Time, long term opportunity with exceptional GROWTH POTENTIAL.

Ideally Local to the Greater Dallas Area but also open to "Travelling Project Managers" willing to stay on site long-term through duration of projects.

Job Requirements:

2-10+ years experience managing projects in the electrical construction industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

Data Center construction experience required. Or similar industry (Semiconductor, EV, etc.)

Develop, mentor and manage a team of up to 10 direct reports.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Accubid, and Bluebeam)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Create and manage project budget.

Work with Superintendent to meet schedule milestones.

Ability to communicate and build relationships directly with customers.

Drive profitability through effective project execution.
