Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the sales journey—from initial consultation through system design and post-installation follow-up—ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation

Identify and connect with potential residential and commercial clients.

Stay informed on local and regional market trends.

Leverage networking, referrals, and emerging channels to generate new business.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm revenue-generating strategies.

Customer Engagement

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client goals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Provide consistent communication throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Present solutions in a clear and compelling way.

Offer post-installation support to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

System Design

Develop tailored system proposals that align with client needs and preferences.

Partner with internal engineers and manufacturers' design services when necessary.

Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and user-friendly.

Team Collaboration & Documentation

Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure efficient delivery.

Communicate clearly and promptly with colleagues on project updates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support transparency and accountability.

Sales Performance

Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Contribute to broader company sales objectives.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current on industry trends and new technologies.

Participate in training to sharpen sales techniques and expand product knowledge.

Share ideas for improving processes and enhancing customer experience.
