Position: Entry-Level Resume Scheduler

Location: Mayfield Heights Office (In-office only)

Pay: $14.00 plus commission

Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

· Screen resumes to identify top candidates

· Follow up with applicants via phone or email to review their background, answer questions, and schedule interviews

· Manage high-volume job applications efficiently

· Recruit candidates for administrative, light industrial, skilled trades, and professional roles

· Send marketing emails to applicants of current job openings

Qualifications:

· Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook and navigating job sites like ZipRecruiter

· Ability to handle a variety of personalities with ease

· Enjoys interacting with the public both by phone and in-person

· Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus

· Staffing industry experience preferred, but we enthusiastically welcome candidates with backgrounds in recruiting, inside sales, customer service, call centers, retail sales, banking, or hospitality.

· Bilingual skills are a plus
