8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What you will do:
Use fraud detection systems and tools to monitor and analyze transactions for suspicious activity
Investigate alerts and cases of potential fraud, including account takeovers, identity theft, and unauthorized transactions
Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies and training
Resolve fraud cases efficiently by collaborating with internal departments
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory compliance
Recommend improvements to fraud detection rules and processes based on emerging trends and patterns
What you will need to be successful:
High school degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a Fraud Prevention role
3-5 years of experience in banking operations
Direct experience handling check fraud, ACH fraud, wire fraud, debit and credit card fraud
Ability to quickly learn
Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numerical data
Strong math skills
Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
