Title: Cytotechnologist / Cytotech – 32 Hours per Week with Full Benefits

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cytotechnologist to join our dedicated laboratory team. The hospital is located in a scenic rural area with convenient access to a major metropolitan city.

Position Highlights:

Part-time schedule: 32 hours per week (day shift)

No weekends or holidays

Full-time benefits package included

Competitive hourly pay: $30.27–$41.66, based on experience

$12,000 sign-on bonus

Relocation assistance available (preference for local candidates)

Qualifications:

CT (ASCP) certification required

Completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program

Experience with GYN/non-GYN screenings and fine needle procedures

Cytology specimen processing experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Perform microscopic evaluation of Pap smears

Process and evaluate non-GYN specimens

Assist with fine needle aspirations and cytology support tasks

Provide coverage for specimen processing, registration, and staining as needed

Operate ThinPrep processors, ThinPrep imager, Leica stainer, and SoftPath systems

Maintain accuracy and quality in a high-volume lab setting

Additional Information:
