Job Summary

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a skilled CNC Operator! The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Conduct inspection and quality control, and blueprint reading. The CNC Operator will ensure efficient operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Mill Machines to fabricate parts based on provided specifications and blueprints.

Set up and adjust CNC machines for optimal performance, including tooling and logic controllers.

Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.

Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.

1 year of CNC Set Up Experience

Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Strong skills in blueprint reading and familiarity with tooling requirements.

Experience operating precision measuring instruments.

Knowledge of Off Sets, First Articles, and G&M Codes

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
