Job Summary
The Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human
resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, while also overseeing
administrative operations such as office management, facilities, and vendor coordination. This role
ensures the organization’s policies, procedures, and operations align with business goals and legal
requirements, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews,
and manage the hiring process. Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new employees
effectively.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive
workplace culture. Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policies
and legal standards.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support
managers in setting employee goals and development plans.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs,
and support career growth initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits programs (e.g., health insurance,
retirement plans), and ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and industry
standards. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, including employee
handbooks, corporate initiatives, and workplace safety protocols.
Administration
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
maintenance.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors, manage service agreements,
and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for HR and administrative functions, ensuring
efficient use of resources.
• Facilities Coordination: Supervise office space planning, maintenance, and safety compliance,
including coordinating with landlords or property managers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain administrative records, such as contracts, leases, and compliance
documentation.• Event and Travel Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as
needed.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR and/or administrative management, with at
least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll software,
and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

• Bilingual / Spanish Speaker

Work Environment
• Location: Typically, office-based, with occasional travel for training, conferences, or off-site meetings.
• Schedule: Full-time, with occasional after-hours work for urgent HR issues or administrative deadlines.
• Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
