We are a well-capitalized and experienced development group launching a high-volume affordable housing startup in San Diego County.
We’re seeking a smart, qualified Real Estate Broker to join us at the ground level as we build and expand our team of sales agents. You will receive immediate profit-sharing and the opportunity for further advancement as we expand.
The ideal candidate is strategic, growth-oriented, and entrepreneurial, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams and/or offices. He/she is driven, ready to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company in exchange for substantial, results-driven compensation.

What You’ll Do:
Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all DRE standards, regulations, and laws—especially as we work with HCD. This includes overseeing compliance protocols, contracts, and transaction processes to maintain legal and ethical operations.
Recruit and train both new and experienced agents in our proprietary strategies for securing listing agreements, sourcing investment opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You must be willing to learn our specific method for sourcing seller listings and effectively teach it to others.
Supervise, manage, and track agent performance on an ongoing basis.
Participate in hiring and recruiting new agents, both locally (within San Diego County) and remotely (throughout California).
Lead the opening of new offices, expand into new markets, and develop SOPs (standard operating procedures) that can be replicated by other managers.
Stay up to date on local regulations, market trends, and emerging opportunities—particularly within San Diego’s ADU and manufactured housing sectors.
Who We’re Looking For:
California Real Estate Broker License (Required)
Experience opening up a real estate office preferred
Experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions
Proven record of closing transactions successfully and independently
Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to lead by example but also eager to collaborate with company leadership on strategic growth and expansion initiatives
Ability to sustain your own income during the initial growth phase (we’ll be in scaling mode initially)
Familiarity with San Diego’s affordable housing market, including ADUs and manufactured homes strongly preferred
