Job Title: Computer Support Associate III

Location: Horicon, WI (100% Onsite)

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a Computer Support Associate III to provide day-to-day technical support and help keep our computing environment running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support printers and other equipment, and assist with computer setups and deployments. You will also maintain records, manage supplies, and work with teams using Jira and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.

Help with server and network tasks when needed.

Set up and deploy computers and related equipment.

Replace printer toner and perform basic printer maintenance.

Resolve support tickets using established procedures.

Keep track of company assets and update records.

Create and maintain basic documents like contact lists and incident reports.

Order supplies and schedule equipment maintenance.

Work with suppliers and other teams to support IT needs.

Use Jira to organize and lead team projects and meetings.

Communicate clearly with team members and leaders.

Report any problems that can’t be solved using standard methods.

Follow safety rules and wear required safety gear on the first day.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.

Good troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.

Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Must work onsite full-time in Horicon, WI.

Business casual dress code; safety shoes required on first day.
