Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a temp Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Assist the CEO and CRO and a team of 20 people
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Make calls and take detailed messages
Make international and domestic travel arrangements
Input expense information into Excel
Fill out and email the expense templates to accounting
Work with the reception team to schedule room bookings
Requirements
3+ years of administartive experience
Financial services industry background is a plus
Presentable and professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
Skilled in Excel
