Job Description
Position is 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday onsite daily in Monroe, OH.
Main Duties:
Greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
Primary phone operator / receptionist
First line of help to any inbound call, route to appropriate personnel as needed or take very detail-oriented messages
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email and in person
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Schedule appointments
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
Process credit card payments / customer invoicing
Create and keep organized paperwork
Perform special projects as needed
Contribute to overall administrative personnel functions
Teamwork skills in collaborating on interdepartmental tasks and administrative projects
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities we are looking for:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer proficient with ability to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to work in fast paced changing environment.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Previous receptionist and/or customer service experience
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
2 years' related experience
