The multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation, and electrical engineers, works closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that drive industrial growth and innovation.

What You Need:3-5 years of experience as a structural designer/drafter in industrial or commercial projectsStrong proficiency in Tekla Structures – 3D modeling, steel detailing, general arrangement drawingsSolid understanding of steel framing systems, fabrication practices, and construction standardsAbility to interpret structural drawings and develop accurate 3D models and drawingsFamiliarity with AISC and OSHA standards and practicesStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational habitsAbility to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other designersAssociate’s degree in Drafting/Design or equivalent technical certification (preferred) What Your Role Will Look LikeCreate and manage 3D Tekla models for structural steel components and assembliesProduce accurate shop drawings, connection details, and general arrangement plansWork closely with structural engineers to translate design intent into fabrication-ready modelsReview and incorporate engineering redlines and client feedbackConduct model checks for accuracy, conflicts, and constructabilityAssist in material take-offs, quantity estimates, and construction planning supportParticipate in internal coordination with multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.)
