An opportunity to directly report to the VP of Finance and CFO.

Responsible for supporting and leading the financial activities for their fast-growing portfolio.

Title: Project Finance Manager Salary: 150-170K + Bonus Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and develop project-level financial forecasting, including calculating project valuations and returns, to support decision-making on existing and future assets.Build and maintain the corporate financial model, including forecasts and models of different financing and business agreements.Engage with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure funding and partnerships for renewable energy projects.Create investment memos and presentations about new investment prospects, and take part in management talks about strategic imperatives and possible investments.

Key Qualifications:Degree in finance or accounting with high academic standing.3-6 years of related financial, energy, investment banking and/or private investment role.Experience in project finance and modeling.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
