We're looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our Custom Cabinet department. Enjoy a 4-day work week with some Friday OT, excellent benefits, a clean work environment, and opportunities for advancement!

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM, some Friday OT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fabricates and installs various assemblies as required.

Proficient in building one model line.

Performs TIG and MIG welding.

Welds/installs liners, ports, motors, coils, heaters, and baffling.

Cuts and installs insulation.

Builds and hangs doors.

Sets up and takes down panel boxes.

Daily use of hand tools such as drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers and knives.

Drills and installs exterior panels.

Reads and interprets blueprints.

Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

Regular physical attendance is required.

Performs other routine duties as assigned.Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Ability to read a tape measure required.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required.

MIG and TIG welding experience preferred.

Welding certification is preferred.

Ability to read drawings/schematics preferred.

Basic computer skills preferred.
