Salary: $17.00 per hour

We are looking for Remote Data Entry Associates to join our Team! This is an Entry Level position which requires Data Entry with a high Typing Speed!

Job Description:

Enters/inputs data /data lift as needed in the customized data entry template application for HCFA,UB forms and other document types as deemed necessary by Imagenet

Verifies data as produced or extracted by OCR against the record and make the necessary correction/s (as may be needed.)

Performs his/her own quality checks in accordance with established procedures (to be aware of the prompts or pop-ups and see to it that the message flagged is understood before proceeding to the next field)

Responsible for meeting or exceeding Productivity and Quality Assurance standards

To raise queries to his/her TL whenever in doubt or encounters problem in data lifting

To immediately report defective equipment (as it may affect production)

Performs special projects as necessary (e.g., non-HCFA ) or as may be assigned.

Preferred Experience:

Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding),

Excellent typing skills to maintain speed and accuracy.

Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage data effectively.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Multi-task along with attention to detail

Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills

Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

At least one (1) year of Data Entry experience

Must be able to clear a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

8 hours per day 8:30am - 4:30pm PST
