Job summary: We are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team.

The Sales Development Representative reports to the Director of Sales. The individual in this position will have primary responsibility for outbound and inbound sales lead acquisition, qualification, and some sales cycle activities. The Sales Development Representative will have secondary responsibility for tasks related to sales operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

Bring your knowledge and advise on best practices in CPG BDR activities

Identify target prospects, research companies, people/positions, and create relationships

Respond to and qualify inbound leads

Nurture prospects that are not yet in a buying cycle

Introduce UpClear and our platform to prospects through presentation and software demonstrations

Track lead acquisition and document interaction with prospects

Sales operations project work

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a SDR, BDR or similar roles

Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC

Prior experience in enterprise software or the Consumer Goods industry required

Friendliness and great communication skills

Ability to adapt to quickly changing environments

Positivity, fearlessness & tenacity

Intellectual horsepower; learn quickly, challenge with logic and reason when necessary

On-Target Earnings: $140K - $180K

The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation and commission that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary several factors may be considered as applicable including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority.
