What Youll Do:
Develop and optimize Zeiss Calypso programs for complex machined and forged parts
Drive first-article, in-process, and final inspection routines across multiple lines
Interpret GD&T-heavy prints with theoretical and non-standard datums
Perform advanced dimensional analysis and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement strategies align with production and engineering goals
Mentor junior CMM users and support triage-level troubleshooting with OEM partners
What Youll Need:
2+ years of hands-on experience programming with Zeiss Calypso software
Deep familiarity with CMM inspection of forged and/or machined components
Ability to navigate and interpret complex GD&T, including theoretical dimensions
Experience managing multiple inspection routines and adapting programs for part revisions
Solid understanding of shop floor inspection workflows and manufacturing processes
