Job Description

Machine Operator – Immediate Openings in Delaware, OH!

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.

Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints and work orders with precision.

Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to assemble and fabricate products.

Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain smooth operation.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting (preferred).

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform accurate measurements.

Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift 30 lbs overhead regularly (materials are large and awkwardly shaped: 125”L x 60”W flat panels).

Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse (it’s hot!).Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Overtime (if scheduled): Sunday night, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Training: First shift for 3-4 weeks before transitioning to regular schedule.Why Choose Acloché?
