The scheduling data entry position is a key part our organization. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for entering all of the details pertaining to the scheduled assignment into our database.

Duties:

-Review emails and enter all details pertaining to scheduled assignments into our database

from communications and documents sent to us from clients

- Work with the calendar team to acknowledge e-mail and phone calls.

- Recommend additional services to clients based on initial job requests

- Reviewing incoming e-mails to schedule accordingly

- Provide product/service information to clients when requested

- Maintain online database by verifying information, quality control information for accuracy

- Ensure updated communications are reflected in our scheduling software

- Confirm that our employees and vendors have acknowledged their assignments

- Serves customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries

- Ensure issues are addressed in a pleasant and helpful manner, often by introducing them to

management where necessary.
