- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development

- Proven track record in testing, qualification, and verification

- Strong understanding of power electronic circuits, components, and systems

- Experience with PCB design and simulation tools such as Altium, KiCad, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink

- Familiarity with aerospace and/or space industry standards and compliance requirements

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements. Applicants will be required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

Alignment Ideals

It's not enough to just have the skills and abilities to be a great fit for this role. CisLunar Industries has its very own DNA of behavioral and cultural ideals that our current team shares and which we seek in future team members. We are looking for candidates who have the following:

1. Passion for Space - We are looking for people who want to build the machines that will produce materials off-world to enable humanity to live sustainably for millennia to come. 2. Trust/Honesty - We are all on a mission to create something new, and with that comes a lot of national security and intellectual property concerns. We have to be able to trust each other to support compliance and confidentiality throughout our work together and know that we can always be assured that each of us has each other's interests as well as our own in mind.

3. Dependable/Responsible - We are a startup in the Space industry, moving at the speed of light it seems. We must be able to rely on each other to get our work done with minimal supervision and to help each other out when needed.

4. Focused - Working on federal projects and with various partners always requires a focus on the end goal. We have many deadlines and specific dates that we need to meet to prove our capabilities, which in turn requires each team member to stay motivated and focused every day.

5. Knowledgeable - We succeed when we have the right people in the right positions who know what they must do. It has also proven extremely beneficial to have team members who stay up to date with industry news, standards, and innovations, while finding ways to apply this knowledge not only to their area of expertise, but to everything else CisLunar Industries is doing.

6. Team Player/Cooperative - While we all focus on our specific tasks and responsibilities, we appreciate team members who constantly keep the overall goals of the team and the company in mind, looking for ways they can help support where they can, whether it's with their specific proficiencies or interests.
