Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support a federal subcontract engagement under the Department of Energy (DoE) through Accenture Federal Services (AFS). This role requires hands-on leadership in SAP PS implementations, with a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, and integration with other SAP modules. Role Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SAP Project System (PS) implementations focusing on: Customer Reimbursable, Cost Plus, and CAPEX Projects Resource-Related Billing (RRB), Public Sector, and Aerospace & Defense settings Analyze and optimize business processes; provide strategic recommendations Configure and customize SAP PS including PMMO and integration with modules such as: Funds Management, CO, MM, SD, Asset Accounting Facilitate testing, validation, and system quality assurance Create functional documentation: specs, process flows, testing records Act as liaison between technical teams and government client stakeholders Maintain compliance with FAR/DEAR clauses including cybersecurity, ethics, and data protection requirements Qualifications

Required Skills

7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP PS Experience with: DIP Profile, Project Profiles, Costing Sheets Time Entry Integrations (CATS), Interest Calculations Project Cost Planning and Reporting Integration with MM (Purchasing, Inventory) and FI/CO modules Strong documentation and project leadership skills U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance Preferred Skills

SAP PS Certification Experience with PMMO projects and Aerospace/Defense systems S/4HANA implementation experience Working knowledge of FAR 52.204-21, 52.222-50, and other government-mandated clauses
