The ideal candidate will conduct regular patrols, respond to guest requests, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.

The overnight security officer should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following company and brand standards.Core Job Responsibilities & Duties:Security PatrolsConduct regular patrols of both Holiday Inn and LaQuinta propertiesMonitor parking lots for suspicious activity and safety concernsEnsure the overall security of both propertiesGuest Requests and IssuesRespond to guest requests and concerns as directed by the front desk agentAddress minor maintenance issues, such as trash removal and basic cleaning tasksEmergency ResponseMonitor for fire safety hazards and take appropriate actionImmediately contact local authorities in case of emergenciesAdditional Considerations:Physical Requirements: Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry moderate weightsSkills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenseSchedule:Primarily overnight shiftsFlexible schedule requiredQualification Standards & Company RequirementsAbility to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noiseAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPowered by JazzHRP4uo8Yxqh1
