CNC Programmer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for creating efficient and accurate CNC programs (primarily in Mastercam), supporting setup processes, and collaborating with engineering and production to ensure precision, quality, and throughput on the shop floor.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize CNC programs using MastercamRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentationSupport setup and operation of 3-axis and 5-axis mills and CNC lathesSelect proper tooling, feeds, and speeds based on material and design specsPerform test runs and troubleshoot programming issuesRevise and improve existing programs for efficiency and cycle time reductionWork closely with machinists, quality inspectors, and project engineersEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards in a regulated environment Qualifications3+ years of CNC programming experience (preferably in a job shop or high-precision environment)Proficiency in Mastercam is a mustStrong understanding of machining principles, G-code, and CAD/CAM workflowsAbility to work from tight-tolerance blueprints and specificationsSolid understanding of materials, tooling, and machining strategiesExperience in aerospace, defense, medical, or similar high-tolerance industries preferredMechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and team-first mindset What We OfferOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance (eligible after 60 days)PTO that rolls over 401(k) with company matchClean, climate-controlled facility with modern equipmentOpportunity to grow within a highly respected, stable, and innovative organization
