Job Summary:The customer service representative is responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service andsatisfaction; provide information to resolve customer related issues; Interact with sales representatives, accounting,scheduling, and manufacturing teams for timely shipments; assist sales representatives and other departments withadministrative tasks and other duties as assigned.EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Experience & Training1+ year(s) work experience in administration/customer service (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
