The Role

The FFIO Technology team is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who is passionate about their craft and will act as a champion of user-centric design, leading definition of the design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple teams, with minimal guidance and coaching. You’ll partner with the squad leaders to help inform product strategy and work with development teams to drive consistent user experiences. Your focus will be to solve problems compassionately, always considering the user’s perspective, and create designs that are clean, simple, and elegant aligning with user, business, and stakeholder objectives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

· 5-7+ years of UX or related experience is preferred

· A degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred.

· Digital portfolio we can review is preferred.

· Experience working on agile teams delivering user experiences across varied communication channels especially in responsive web design.

· Expertise in common design and prototyping tools such as FIGMA (preferred)

· Create and maintain appropriate interactive design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and iterate upon multiple ideas.

· Lead definition of the design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with minimal guidance and coaching.

· Strong presentation skills, specifically when presenting design flows to business, product, and development teams.

· Partner with the squad leads to help inform product strategy.

· Expertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focusing on entire user journeys and interactions.

· Partner closely with business and technology teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.

· Create user-centric designs focusing on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
