Preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements

Conducting material inspections, verifying test certificates, and maintaining test records

Performing site inspections and ensuring work is executed as per approved specifications

Raising and closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Instructions

Coordinating with consultants and clients for quality approvals

Managing third-party testing, calibration reports, and lab results

Monitoring concrete pouring, curing, and compaction processes,

Experience in structures with basements, podiums, towers (20+ floors)

Familiarity with tower crane logistics, vertical material movement, and slab cycle tracking

Worked with high-strength concrete, PT slabs, and heavy rebar arrangements
