Our client is looking to add an Associate Engineer, Data Platforms to their team. This is an on-site opportunity located in Charlotte, NC. Essential Job Functions

Monitor and analyze database performance metrics and resolve proactively

Monitor and implement indexing strategies and query tuning for optimal performance

Assist data engineers and other consumers with data platform best practices

Fix triage tickets submitted for data warehouses for business intelligence reporting Minimum Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience in Oracle and HEAVY SQL experience

Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure SQL, or Oracle Cloud)
