Your Role:

Process a diverse range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

Operate your teller drawer efficiently to assist customers in the lobby or drive-up.

Identify and recognize potential cross-sell opportunities, guiding customers to the appropriate bank personnel.

Develop your skills to detect potential fraud and report any concerns to management. Adhere to all regulatory policies and procedures, upholding the unique Wintrust culture.

Be responsible for bank opening/closing and actively participate in community events as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months experience in cash handling or customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Ability to travel between branches may be required.

Flexibility to work all shifts, including Saturdays.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Willingness to stand for long periods is essential.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, complemented by the potential for an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
