As a claims adjuster apprentice, you'll be trained to assist clients in getting back on the road following an accident. This will be a phone-based role, allowing you to build connections with customers from the comfort of your workspace. In a dynamic environment, you will efficiently manage a full caseload of claims while overseeing the claims process from initiation to resolution. You'll receive support from a collaborative team and ongoing coaching from experienced leaders. We will provide thorough training on property damage and insurance contracts, enabling you to adjust claims with confidence and independence.
This is a hybrid position, meaning you will work in the office two days per week as determined by local leadership, while choosing to work remotely or in the office for the remaining three days for the first 12 months. After this period, your in-office schedule for important meetings, training, and collaboration will adjust based on business requirements. In this work environment, you'll have the guidance of your leaders and seasoned colleagues to help you cultivate relationships and gain valuable insights critical to your development. Should you prefer an office setting, you are welcome to work in the office as often as desired.
