Senior Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary contact, engaging with internal clients through both inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with account openings, and providing ongoing support throughout their account journey.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring our internal partners receive outstanding service, while effectively navigating policies and providing thoughtful solutions with confidence and care.

Salary: $22.16 - $22.17 per hour

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities:

Engage with internal clients via both inbound and outbound phone calls.

Provide initial and continuous support during account openings and throughout the lifecycle of the account.

Deliver exceptional service to internal clients, addressing their needs with attention and care.

Build strong relationships with internal clients while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Promptly and effectively address any issues that arise.

Thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

Skills Required:

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Experienced level in customer support and services.
