JOB SUMMARY

As a Delivery Driver, you will safely transport products from the warehouse to various customers and ensure proper delivery and unloading according to company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Unload products from trailers and deliver them to designated customer storage areas.

Complete all paperwork as per company and governmental guidelines.

Follow food safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions in the vehicle and at delivery sites.

Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED with 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience. A driving school certificate may substitute.

1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required; food and beverage delivery experience is a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting practices.

Skills for driving over long distances and communicating effectively.

Ability to drive in various traffic and weather conditions while remaining alert.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role requires regular sitting, lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 350 pounds using a hand cart. Vision requirements include the ability to see at various distances and perceive colors clearly.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position may entail exposure to various environmental conditions and requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet customer needs.
