Experienced Solar Installer (NABCEP Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential systems and be familiar with current NEC standards and best practices. NABCEP certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar PV systems, including racking, modules, and other components

Safely mount and secure equipment to residential rooftops (asphalt, shingle, or flat)

Assist with electrical prep, wiring, conduit, and inverter mounting (in coordination with licensed electricians)

Interpret plans, layouts, and one-line diagrams

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Work closely with site supervisors and communicate effectively with homeowners

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on solar installation experience (preffered)

Comfortable with heights and working on various roof types

OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

NABCEP PV Installation Professional or Associate Certification

Experience with battery storage systems (Enphase, Tesla, etc.)

Basic electrical knowledge or apprenticeship experience is a plus
