Duties
Greet and welcome customers into the showroom, providing engaging and informative tours
Present product features and benefits, answering any questions with clarity and expertise
Assist and educate clients in planning their kitchen and bath remodels, offering design and material recommendations tailored to their needs
Visit customer job sites to take accurate measurements and gather project details
Maintain detailed notes and communication logs to ensure project clarity and follow-up
Act as a liaison between clients and design drafters, coordinating efforts to develop layouts, designs, and accurate quotes
Manage the full cycle of the ordering process, ensuring timely execution and delivery
Continuously learn product details, installation considerations, and basic troubleshooting to better assist clients
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of kitchen design experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a design, retail, or showroom environment
Proficiency in custom cabinetry design with at least 1 year of experience using 2020 Design software
Solid understanding of basic construction processes and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Job requirements:
Designers interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, providing showroom tours, present the product features, answer any questions they might have.

Filter customer and coordinate client and design drafter to work on the design and quote from beginning to end.
Managing the full cycle ordering process to support a seamless customer experience
Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.;
Qualifications:
At least one year of kitchen/bath design experience
At least one year of Sales experience
Custom cabinetry design & 2020 Catalog Design experience is a Must(at least 1 year).
Must understand basic construction processes and know how to read construction drawings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player
Outside Sales Duties Expected
Include tasks such as building clientele through phone calls/ emails and calling on existing customers within an assigned territory to build relationships,
Our potential new clients are already needing design and have multiple projects.
People experience in sales dealing with marketing and advertising agencies, printers, traditional advertising, high-end corporate accounts, elite designers, and movie studios is far more important than design knowledge.
Designworks prefers 3 years of experience minimum in a candidate.
Designworks offers a generous commission structure with an unlimited earning ability based on total needs in any project. Based on sales per project provides a competitive commission plan.
Our support: the salesperson will be a part of our marketing campaigns and receive confirmed leads through our database of potential existing prospects.
If you can’t make that work, then perhaps you are not as good as you think. This is a numbers game and we work with clients that want our team to be responsive.
Designworks’s social media and affiliate marketing is broad and our track record is over a 20-year time frame of relationships.
Those salespeople that meet our expectations and our clients’ needs will excel with no cap on income.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule track sales and status reports
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Abilities:
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about terms, products, prices and timing for production.
