HVAC Project Manager - Commercial

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HVAC Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Commercial Project management, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.

A retired senior technician or a senior technician that has a physical limitation not allowing him or her to work in the field make good candidates as well.

Requirements:

Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Universal EPA Certification

Job Description:

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC trade

Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, insulation, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, controls

Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently

Ability to go to into the field to meet with men, track progress and attend job meetings

Create Budgets and track cost

Communicate with field workers, clients and suppliers.

Need to have basic technical skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
