Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the shipping and receiving departments

Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures

Ensure all shipments are properly handled and processed

Collect, analyze, and report on logistics data to make informed decisions

Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock

Develop strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics operations

Train and supervise logistics staff

Maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software

Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs proceduresCompany Description
