ACH - Check Processing Associate

Job Description

Fast growing Credit Union seeking an Accounting Associate to become an integral part of our Accounting Team!

Works 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Processes all ACH activity, reviews all ACH debits and credits for accurate and timely posting and reconciliation

Process all share draft and bill pay postings

Process disputes and stop payments for ACH and share drafts

Troubleshoots and resolves Member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner

Download and process all ACH, share drafts and bill pay postings daily with zero errors

Post and process automatic transfers on a daily basis

Verifies accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received

Process ACH, share draft disputes, stop payments and loan payment corrections

Verifies and posts daily account activity

Qualifications:

Experience in data entry with accuracy

Ability to prioritize and multitask
